内言ない人で統合失調症になって幻聴ある人っているのだろうか？いるなら、内言の脳神経と幻聴の脳神経は別物ということだし、それは幻聴が患者の思考の反映ではないと言えそう。ここまで書いて、幻聴聞きながら内言が同時に普通にあった自分を思い出し、別々の神経が使われていると納得してしまった🧐
